We understand that app notifications can often become more of a nuisance than a help. That's why we've provided you with the ability to manage all notifications that may come from us.
In this section, we'll delve into the various types of notifications and their meanings.
Head over the app menu (top right corner of the sidebar) and click on "Notifications".
Once on the page, you'll see 2 sections:
Notifications topics: all the notifications related to your domain or the indexation of your URLs.
Account updates: all the notifications related to product updates (FlashSERP) and important updates.
All notifications that are specifically related to your domain. This includes:
A new URLÂ is detected: whenever a new URL is detected in your sitemap, we'll send you a notification containing a list of the newly discovered URLs. To avoid overwhelming you with notifications, we'll only send a notification when at least five new URLs have been found.
A new sitemap is added: whenever you add a new sitemap, we'll immediately notify you by sending a notification that includes the URL and type of the newly added sitemap.
Note: If you do not wish to index that specific URLÂ or a bunch of them, you can deactivate them (learn how to do so with this tutorial).
All notifications related to the indexation of your URLs. This includes:
Some URLs have been indexed: when your URLs have been indexed by Google (learn more about indexation statuses by clicking here) we'll send out a list of the newly indexed URLs, limited to 10 URLs per email.
A new error has occured on a URL: whenever you add a new sitemap, we'll immediately notify you by sending a notification that includes the URL and type of the newly added sitemap.
Note: If you do not wish to index that specific URLÂ or a bunch of them, you can deactivate them (learn how to do so with this tutorial).
